Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Please note, shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $100.
  • For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
  • Expedited and Overnight shipping options are available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please note, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Fashie Doll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if your package is missing.
  • If your package has been delayed or shows no movement for more than 7 days, please contact us at fashiedoll@gmail.com for assistance.

Order Issues or Changes

If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at fashiedoll@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
