At FashieDoll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at fashiedoll@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item.
- Once approved, please send the item(s) back to the address provided.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at fashiedoll@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
